History of TobeMc Senior Day Care and the Two Special Men born on same date that have played Key roles in the establishment and legacy of this facility. Mr.Tobe McDaniel, born June 2, 1902 in Platte City,  Missouri was a self-made man. He was a Successful Entrepreneur and well respected black businessman. He possessed a passion to serve others, (Especially seniors), and he passed this on to his offspring. In 2017, The TobeMc Senior daycare was opened by the descendants of Tobe McDaniel at the current location. Tool Used to open were Faith in God along with Passion & Commitment to provide service to our vunerable population.
Mr. Bronson Gentry, also born June 2, in Detroit, Michigan, in many respects, also a self-made man. Product of Detroit Public Schools, excelled in the US Air Force in aviation then becoming a skilled tradesman with Chrysler Corp. He additionally  possessed a passion for coaching, (molding the behavior, morals, and ethics of young men), strong respect and support of seniors, community and spiritual growth. These two men that share so much never met, However, because of seeds they planted we celebrate the facility of TobeMc.
